End of January total: $28,908
I was short on the end January goal ($29,106) by $198.
Last 2 weeks of saving didn't do me justice because I exceeded the mid January goal by $118.
That means I went over budget the last 2 weeks by over $300. This makes sense because I went to Reno for a bachelor party and Ski/Snowboarded for 2 days AND I also bought a new prime lens for my Nikon d40x.
New goals for February:
2009 MID February goal: $29,708
2009 END February goal: $30,508

It makes sense in mathematical terms, but does it make sense in terms of your goals?
I know that sounds a bit Yoda-ish, but you probably take my point. Perhaps the camera should have waited until next month, as the party was probably unavoidable?
